I hate being out of shape….

Really. It sucks. I also hate running indoors.
I just failed at running a 5k. 25 min, 20 seconds of pure pain and hell. Blarg this isn’t fair. It’s frustrating and I’m beyond displeased with myself.
My best 5k is just at 24 min. I think it’s around a 24:11. That was also after I swam half a mile and biked somewhere in the ballpark of 14. (p. s. i can normally do a 25min 5k no problem, only some discomfort) my best 10k is 51 min. I couldn’t have done that if I tried today- also that run was on a beach after a .9 mi ocean swim and a 40km bike.
Can I only pr a run in a Tri? Really?
Another thing about being out of shape, it hurts to ride. I went to my normal ride yesterday. It hurt so bad. Normally I can do it twice no problem. I did about 75% and then just couldn’t keep moving. I wasn’t even pushing my pace! It also felt odd actually moving, which was the worst. It was as if it was the first time on it again.

I just wish the downpour outside would stop so I could run in open air. Treadmills suck.

The track is catching with each step. It about made me eat pavement! I hate treadmills, but it’s too late to safely run through my neighborhood, and I wanted to get in an easy 6 mi. I’m not even winded! D: This sucks. What to do?
