Same time as my last one, but my run and bike were faster. The swim was much slower
#i hate ocean swims
Anyway, currently having issues because I love my triathlon/cycling tan lines, but at the same time I’m crazy self conscious about them, and running around in a bikini is not my cup of tea. :/
Race report to come. Lolz. I have stories about this one.
I just wanted to share with you all the crazy, nasty, tangled mess that was my hair after the race. It took me 45 min in the shower with conditioner to get all taken care of. :/
And for comparison:
My hair is naturally straight and my pony tail typically goes to the bottom of my sports bra…
It was great bonding time
We also don’t want this race to happen tomorrow. It won’t be pretty. #WetandCold
Ugh.
My stomach has been bothering me for the past month. Ever since spring break. It’s so unpleasant, and I’ve been avoiding working out outdoors because I don’t want to get sick far from home. Thankfully, I have the option to train indoors.
I’m starting to wonder if it is related to diet; I know I’ve been eating crap the entire time I’ve been back.
Also, my family on madre’s side has some major food intolerances that look like they’re passed down.
Ugh.
And it’s so pretty outside right now.
I am unsure how to feel about this.
I love zooming around on my bike. Nothing better than tucking and pushing it. The feel of the wind. The scenery slipping by. The sensation in my muscles of every motion.
It’s just fantastic.
Probably a bad idea. But a friend invited me to go do it with him. I’d get to stay a week at the beach and chill, three days before, and three days after the race
How much of a bad idea is this?
I got a nice flat footed downward dog!!!
My arms were close to my legs and everything
I am so excited about this!
I know everyone is pretty tired of the Harlem Shake thing, but this is just too good to pass up.
1053 ft climbing over 4 hills, winds constant at 12, gusting at 20 mph.
My legs hurt :)
