I just wanted to share with you all the crazy, nasty, tangled mess that was my hair after the race. It took me 45 min in the shower with conditioner to get all taken care of. :/
And for comparison:
My hair is naturally straight and my pony tail typically goes to the bottom of my sports bra…
That feeling when you’re racing when everything hurts so badly, and then suddenly… it doesn’t. You feel fresh and strong. You don’t hurt. You feel stronger than ever. Your legs move faster, your breathing slows, the world jumps into perfect focus. Suddenly you just know that finishing the race isn’t an issue. You can do it. You can do anything

Fruit cup….fresh fruit, sparkling water, fresh mint with sometimes a little added coconut water makes a party drink for me and all the kids at any party. Care with high histamine fruits if you have any children affected.. Great for athletes who do not want to ruin their fitness regime with party alcohol and anyone driving too!
